TO ACCEPT GENERAL WARRANTY DEED FOR RIGHT OF WAY PURPOSES FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1181 CLAYCRAFT ROAD FROM WOOD WERKS SUPPLY, LLC

WHEREAS, the City of Gahanna has received a General Warranty Deed from Wood Werks Supply LLC, for right of way purposes on Claycraft Road; and
WHEREAS, the deed was recorded by the Franklin County Recorder's office on October 3, 2012; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined the value of the right of way for 1181 Claycraft Road to be $1,200; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable and necessary to accept this General Warranty Deed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts this General Warranty Deed for right of way purposes at 1181 Claycraft Road; said Deed attached to this ordinance as EXHIBIT A, and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
