WHEREAS, the City Engineer has requested that application be made for LTIP/Issue 2 Funds for the Hamilton Road North, US 62 to Morse, Improvement No. 784; and
WHEREAS, Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission has asked for a resolution in support of this application;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to submit the project funding request to Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission for LTIP/Issue 2 funds for the Hamilton Road North, US 62 to Morse, Improvement No. 784.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon passage by this Council.
