TO ADOPT THE WEST GAHANNA GATEWAY DESIGN DEVELOPMENT PLAN DATED APRIL 6, 1998, AS PREPARED BY MYERS SCHMALENBERGER INC.

WHEREAS, Myers Schmalenberger Inc., were contracted to prepare the West Gahanna Gateway Design Development Plan for the corridor along I-270 on 62 to Mill Street, which is the entry into Olde Gahanna; and
WHEREAS, on June 24, 1998, Planning Commission recommended to this Council the acceptance of said plan as a guide for development of this area; and
WHEREAS,the Development Director has also recommended this plan to Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council accepts the West Gahanna Gateway Design Development Plan as prepared by Myers Schmalenberger Inc., April 6, 1998, as a guide for development planning in this area, said Plan attached to this ordinance as EXHIBIT A and made a part hereof.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
