WHEREAS, Patricia S. Froman, has had a great desire to serve the community of Gahanna; and
WHEREAS, Patricia S. Froman, has served as Secretary to the Mayor through four administrations; and
WHEREAS, whenever an opportunity arose for City employees to make a difference, whether through Relay for Life, Christmas baskets for the needy, charitable fundraisers or any other endeavor, Patricia S. Froman would spearhead the effort and lead by example; and
WHEREAS, Patricia S. Froman served as a Board Member of the Gahanna Concert Series every year that the series brought nationally known performances to Gahanna; and
WHEREAS, Patricia S. Froman, will be greatly missed by all those who have had the pleasure to work with her;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council and Administration, on behalf of the citizens of Gahanna, do hereby honor and commend Patricia S. Froman, for her twenty-two years of service as Secretary to the Mayor, and wish her well in all of her future endeavors, knowing that she will continue to support the City of Gahanna, in any way she can.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon passage by this Council.
