AN ORDINANCE TO REPEAL AND REMOVE PART 1 ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, CHAPTER 133 DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE, SECTION 133.02 VENDING MACHINE INCOME OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA.

WHEREAS, the administration is requesting legislation to repeal and remove an existing code section under Chapter 133, Department of Finance code section 133.02, Vending Machine Income Fund; Creation and Use; and
WHEREAS, this code section has been determined to be obsolete as the City no longer receives vending machine income.
NOW THEREORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. Chapter 133 Department of Finance code section 133.02 is hereby repealed and removed.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
