TO AMEND SECTIONS 1150.03, DOWNTOWN SINGLE FAMILY; 1150.04, DOWNTOWN MULTI-FAMILY OR DOWNTOWN SUBURBAN OFFICE; 1150.05, GENERAL DOWNTOWN COMMERCIAL; 1150.06, DOWNTOWN CREEKSIDE OF CHAPTER 1150, OLDE GAHANNA DOWNTOWN DISTRICT OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA

WHEREAS, at the request of Council, the Planning Commission has reviewed the creation of a Restricted Institutional District to our zoning districts; and
WHEREAS, the creation of an additional district affects several sections of code; and
WHEREAS, Planning Commission recommended these changes on June 13, 2001 and again on November 28, 2001; and
WHEREAS, Council held Public Hearing on January 22, 2002, said meeting held pursuant to notice and according to law;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That Sections 1150.03, Downtown Single Family; 1150.04, Downtown Multi-Family or Downtown Suburban Office; 1150.05, General Downtown Commercial; 1150.06, Downtown Creekside of Chapter 1150, Olde Gahanna Downtown District is hereby amended as set forth in EXHIBIT A, attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That existing Sections 1150.03, Downtown Single Family 1150.04, Downtown Multi-Family or Downtown Suburban Office; 1150.05, General Downtown Commercial; 150.06, Downtown Creekside of Chapter 1150, Olde Gahanna Downtown District, or any ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith, is hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after signature of approval by the Mayor.
