WHEREAS,it has been determined that we require a supplemental appropriation from the Sanitary Sewer Fund in order to pay our 4th quarter 2013 bill to the City of Columbus; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to replenish this fund so that the City can timely pay our 4th quarter bill;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That funding in the amount of TWO HUNDRED TWENTY TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS ($222,000) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated balance of the Sanitary Sewer Fund as follows:
$ 22,000 to Account No. 661.360.5270, Columbus Sewer Surcharge,
$200,000 to Account No. 661.360.5269, Sewer Rental.
Section 2. That ORD-0001-2013, passed January 2, 2013, is hereby amended to reflect this supplemental appropriation.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
