TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO CONTRACT WITH TTG FOR TELECOMMUNICATIONS CONSULTATION.

WHEREAS, it has been deemed appropriate and necessary to enter into contract for a telecommunications consultation; and
WHEREAS, several quotations were received and the best, most responsive consultant has been selected and recommended by the Director of Public Safety; and
WHEREAS, TTG, has been determined to be the most qualified consultant;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into contract with TTG, 1080 Kingsmill Parkway, Suite 310, Columbus, Ohio 43229 for a telecommuncations consultation.
Section 2. That the amount of TWENTY EIGHT THOUSAND ($28,000) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated balance of the General Fund to Account No. 101.141.5511, Capital Lands/Buildings.
Section 3. That ORD-0001-2001, passed January 2, 2001, is hereby amended to reflect this supplemental appropriation.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
