TRANSFER OF FUNDS - Herb Education Center Signage

WHEREAS, many requests have been received for better signage to identify the Herb Education Center location; and
WHEREAS, funds are available to transfer from the Parks Capital account to the Herb Education Center Minor Capital account in order to be able to purchase a sign;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That funding in the amount of EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS ($850) is hereby transferred from Account No. 101.431.5512, Parks Capital Creekside Shelving, to Account No. 101.439.5510, Herb Education Center, Minor Capital.
Section 2. That ORD-0001-2008, passed January 2, 2008, is hereby amended to reflect this transfer of funds.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
