TO ACCEPT DEEDS OF EASEMENT FOR THE WEST SIDE TRUNK SANITARY SEWER PUMPING STATION AND FORCE MAIN; FOR VARIOUS PROPERTIES LOCATED IN CHRYSLAND AND ZUBROD HEIGHTS; FROM VARIOUS PROPERTY OWNERS.

WHEREAS, seventeen easements for construction, using and maintaining a trunk sanitary sewer were obtained in 1960 from various property owners; and
WHEREAS, said utility easements were recorded on March 12, 1960 by the Franklin County Recorder's Office; and
WHEREAS, said utility easements were never accepted by the City of Gahanna;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the Deeds of Easement from Orlie A. & Elizabeth T. Baughman, Pauline J. Beckley, Walter B. & Joan D. Bender, Frank & Bertha E. Branham, Derward F. & Lucille E. Devore, Harold & Helen Fannin, Fred Jr. & Carol L. Hunt, Vernie & Helen Koker, Charles S. & Kathleen P. Kuskowski, Michael A. & Clara Luft, Douglas & Mabel E. Magee, Kenneth F. & Helen H. Manning, Earl L. & Dorothy E. Mock, James I. & Nellie J. O'Brien, Audra M. Poth, Ross C. & Effie Robinson, and Albert W. Jr., William H. & Robert H. Roby, for utility purposes in Chrysland and Zubrod Heights, said land more particularly described in EXHIBIT A through Q attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
