WHEREAS, this account is used for senior travel and program purchases such as theater tickets and baseball tickets and is reimbursable; and

WHEREAS, due to timing of payments carried over from 2010, the number of participants and outings and the reduction in the budget line item from 2010, additional funds are needed;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1.  That funding in the amount of ONE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS ($1,200) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated balance of the General Fund, to Account No. 101.434.5428, Senior Services Programs.

Section 2.  That ORD-0001-2011, passed January 2, 2011, is hereby amended to reflect this supplemental appropriation.

Section 3.  That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and on dates of signature approval by the Mayor.
