WHEREAS, FRANK TREADWAY had a great desire to support his community in any way he could; and
WHEREAS, FRANK TREADWAY has served as a good will ambassador for many years in his work with Little League baseball and other organizations; and
WHEREAS, FRANK TREADWAY was appointed to the Design Review Board in 1992, where he served for 5 years; and
WHEREAS, FRANK TREADWAY was appointed to the Parks & recreation Board in 1998 where he has served to present; and
WHEREAS, FRANK TREADWAY has served the City unselfishly for over 13 years; and
WHEREAS, FRANK TREADWAY will be greatly missed by everyone who has had the privilege of working with him;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council and Administration, on behalf of the citizens of Gahanna, do hereby honor and commend FRANK TREADWAY for his years of service on Design Review Board and the Parks & Recreation Board, and for giving of himself to make Gahanna a better place to live.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
