and to recognize that the City Council organizational meeting on January 2, 2015 at 7:00 p.m., held per charter, is also classified as a regular meeting and to waive Section 5.20 of the Council Rules of Procedure to dispense with a meeting on January 5, 2015 at 7:00 p.m.
