TO ENACT CHAPTER 1154, RESTRICTED INSTITUTIONAL DISTRICT, OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA

WHEREAS, at the request of Council, the Planning Commission has again reviewed the creation of a Restricted Institutional District; and
WHEREAS, the creation of an additional district affects several sections of code; and
WHEREAS, Planning Commission recommended these changes on June 13, 2001 and again on November 28, 2001; and
WHEREAS, Council held Public Hearing on January 22, 2002, said meeting held pursuant to notice and according to law;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That Chapter 1154, Restricted Institutional District is hereby enacted as set forth in EXHIBIT A, attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after signature of approval by the Mayor.
