TO AMEND SECTION 941.15, PICKUP AND DISPOSAL FEES, OF CHAPTER 941, GARBAGE AND RUBBISH COLLECTION OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF GAHANNA; TO BE EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2009.

WHEREAS, an agreement has been reached for the cost of pickup of garbage and refuse within the City of Gahanna, and the Code needs to be corrected to correspond with the figures in the agreement, in order that all residents receive the correct billings; and
WHEREAS, the fees are hereby established for 2009;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That Section 941.15, Pickup and Disposal Fees, of Chapter 941, Garbage and Rubbish Collection, of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Gahanna, is hereby amended as follows in EXHIBIT A attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That existing Section 941.15 is hereby repealed, and Chapter 941 is hereby amended to reflect these changes.
Section 3. That this legislation and shall be in full force and effect immediately after passage by this Council and 30 days from date of signature approval by the Mayor.
