SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION- Insurance Claim Proceeds.

WHEREAS, the Department of Parks & Recreation has received unplanned funds from Insurance Claims, Restitution Proceeds, scrap metal, National Purchasing Partnership Shareback, vendor reimbursement, donations for trees, the dog park, and Woodside Green Natural Play Area; and
WHEREAS, these funds are currently unappropriated and unencumbered; and
WHEREAS, to move the funds to the appropriate accounts requires a supplemental appropriation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the following supplemental appropriation is hereby authorized as listed in EXHIBIT A, attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That ORD-0010-2019, passed January 29, 2019, is hereby amended to reflect this supplemental appropriation.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
