TO ACCEPT A WARRANTY DEED FOR 1.271 ACRES ALONG HAMILTON ROAD AT CARPENTER FOR THE RELOCATION OF CARPENTER ROAD AND THE WIDENING OF THE HAMILTON ROAD BRIDGE OVER ROCKY FORK CREEK; FROM THE WORMAN FAMILY.

WHEREAS, warranty deeds for 1.271 acres along Hamilton Road at Carpenter Road from The Worman Family were executed on August 15, 1981; and
WHEREAS, said warranty deeds were recorded on September 17, 1981 by the Franklin County Recorder's Office; and
WHEREAS, said warranty deeds were never accepted by the City of Gahanna;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the Warranty Deed from Charles Jay Worman, John Monroe Worman and Robert Lewis Worman, and Virginia Faye Boley, for the relocation of Carpenter Road and the widening of the Hamilton Road bridge, said land more particularly described in EXHIBIT A and B attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
