TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE NON-EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT FOR MJM INVESTMENT CO. FOR VEHICULAR INGRESS AND EGRESS AND PARKING ON MILL STREET.

WHEREAS, MJM Investment Co. has requested an easement through City property on Mill Street known as Lintner Park or Rock Park; and
WHEREAS, in return for this easement, MJM is granting the City a walking and bike trail easement to the rear of their property on Mill Street; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has asked that we move forward to execute this easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute MJM Investment Co. Non-Exclusive Easement, to allow for vehicular ingress, egress and parking on City property on North High Street; non-exclusive easement attached as EXHIBIT A and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
