TO ACCEPT DEED OF EASEMENT FOR SANITARY SEWER FOR LINCOLN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL; FROM JEFFERSON LOCAL BOARD OF EDUCATION.

WHEREAS, an easement for construction, using and maintaining a sanitary sewer was obtained in 1958 from Jefferson Local Board of Education; and
WHEREAS, said utility easement was recorded on January 17, 1958 by the Franklin County Recorder's Office; and
WHEREAS, said utility easement was never accepted by the City of Gahanna;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the Deed of Easement from the Jefferson Local Board of Education, for sanitary sewer to Lincoln Elementary School, said land more particularly described in EXHIBIT A attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
