Motion Resolution to allow a deposit of $5,000 instead of the $23,000 required by GCO 1107.03 for security on delivery of as built drawings; also to acknowledge that the Director of Public Service has waived the 1% legal and administrative fees required under GCO Section 136.02(b) as the Academy is upgrading the campus to conform to the City's request on stormwater management requirements.
