TO ACCEPT DEEDS OF EASEMENT FOR STORM SEWER IN ROCKY FORK HEIGHTS AREA; FROM VARIOUS PROPERTY OWNERS.

WHEREAS, three easements for construction, using and maintaining a storm sewer were obtained in 1958 and 1959 from various property owners; and
WHEREAS, said utility easements were recorded on various dates in those same years by the Franklin County Recorder's Office; and
WHEREAS, said utility easements were never accepted by the City of Gahanna;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the Deeds of Easement from Charles J. & Mae B. Snow, Rocky Fork Inc., and Clifford R. & Sarah R. Fisher, for utility purposes in Rocky Fork Heights, said land more particularly described in EXHIBIT A through C attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
