TO ACCEPT GENERAL WARRANTY DEED FOR 1.503 ACRES  LOCATED AT 304 GRANVILLE STREET; FROM S. LOU AND SONYA L. PETER.

Body

WHEREAS, The City of Gahanna has received a General Warranty Deed from S. Lou and Sonya L. Peter for the City purchase of property known as 304 Granville Street; and

WHEREAS, it is desirable and necessary to accept this General Warranty Deed;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1.  That this Council hereby accepts General Warranty Deed for 1.503 acres located at 304 Granville Street; said land more particularly described in EXHIBIT A, attached hereto and made a part herein.

Section 2.  That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
