WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has received appraisals for the right of way for the East Industrial Sewer; and the combined right of way cost if $125,000, including a 5% contingency; and
WHEREAS, the County will reimburse about $30,000, which overlaps the right of way they will need for the Taylor/Taylor Station project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO;
Section 1. That the amount of ONE HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND EIGHTY DOLLARS ($125,000) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated balance of the S.S.C.I. Fund to ACCOUNT NO. 662.361.5540, East Industrial Sewer, Improvement No. 727.
Section 2. That Ordinance No. 990001, passed January 2, 1999, is hereby amended to reflect this supplemental appropriation.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect immediately after passage by this Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
