SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION, Capital - Street Department
Body
WHEREAS, to efficiently maintain our roadways during snow and ice emergencies, it is prudent to purchase an additional 2-1/2 ton dump truck; and
WHEREAS, in order to have this vehicle operational for the December 1999 winter season, it is necessary to order at the earliest possible date to enable the delivery and installation of the hydraulics, plow, and salt spreader;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO;
Section 1. That the amount of EIGHTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($85,000) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated balance of the General Fund to ACCOUNT NO. 101.991.5932, Transfer to Streets.
Section 2. That the amount of EIGHTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($85,000) is hereby appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated balance in the Street Fund to ACCOUNT NO. 220.330.5512, Capital Projects/Equipment, Streets
Section 3. That Ordinance No. 990001, passed January 2, 1999 is hereby amended to reflect this supplemental appropriation.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
