WHEREAS, the Director of Development has recommended that we enter into an Exclusive Right to Sell or Lease Listing Contract with the Robert Weiler Company Realtors;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1.  That the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into Contract with THE ROBERT WEILER COMPANY REALTORS, 41 South High Street, Suite 2200, Columbus OH 43215, for an Exclusive Right to Sell or Lease Listing Contract for property located at 133 Mill Street and known as the former Mifflin Township Fire Station, in accordance with contract attached hereto as EXHIBIT A, and City specifications.

Section 2.  That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after signature of approval by the Mayor.
