TO ACCEPT A DEED OF EASEMENT FOR WATER LINE PURPOSES FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON WEST JOHNSTOWN ROAD; CURRENTLY KNOWN AS DISCOVERY PARK; FROM EXECUTIVE LODGE INC.

WHEREAS, an easement for construction, using and maintaining a water line and appurtenant works was obtained in 1970 from Executive Lodge Inc.; and
WHEREAS, said utility easement was recorded on January 16, 1970 by the Franklin County Recorder's Office; and
WHEREAS, said utility easement was never accepted by the City of Gahanna;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the Deed of Easement from Executive Lodge Inc., for water line purposes on West Johnstown Road; property currently known as Discovery Park, said land more particularly described in EXHIBIT A attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
