ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF GAHANNA OHIO: Amending Section 921.11 Sewer Rental Rates of CHAPTER 921 SANITARY SEWER CONNECTIONS AND RENTAL RATES; WAIVING SECOND READING.

WHEREAS, the amendment in Chapter 921.11, Sewer Rental Rates, changes rates to reflect changes with the City of Columbus.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That Section 921.11 Sewer Rental Rates of Chapter 921 Sanitary Sewer Connections and Rental Rates, of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Gahanna is hereby amended as set forth in EXHIBIT A, attached hereto.
Section 2. That existing Section 921.11 of Chapter 921, Sanitary Sewer Connections and Rental Rates, or any Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith, are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That the second reading is hereby wavied.
Section 4. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
