TO ACCEPT GENERAL WARRANTY DEED AND QUIT CLAIM DEED FOR 23.014 ACRES ALONG RIDENOUR ROAD, NOW KNOWN AS LOWER MCCORKLE PARK, FROM THE GAHANNA INVESTMENT CLUB, INC.

WHEREAS, the City was presented with deeds from The Gahanna Investment Club, Inc., for property along Ridenour Road, for acceptance and filing in the permanent Deed files; and
WHEREAS, these deeds are for 23.014 acres along Ridenour Road now known as Lower McCorkle Park; and
WHEREAS the general warranty deed was recorded on May 29, 1992 and the quit claim deed was recorded at the Franklin County Recorders Office on June 2, 1992;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the General Warranty Deed and the Quit Claim Deed from The Gahanna Investment Club, Inc., for 23.014 acres, more or less, along Ridenour Road; said Deeds attached to this ordinance as EXHIBIT A, and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
