TO AMEND CHAPTER 505, ANIMALS AND FOWL, OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA

WHEREAS, a review of this code section was undertaken and as a result changes are felt to be necessary; and
WHEREAS, Council has reviewed these changes for over 6 months and is ready to move forward with this change;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That Chapter 505, Animals and Fowl, is hereby amended as set forth in EXHIBIT A attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That existing Chapter 505, Animals and Fowl, is hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after signature of approval by the Mayor.
