TO ACCEPT DEEDS OF EASEMENT FOR SANITARY SEWER IN THE ROYAL MANOR AREA; FROM VARIOUS PROPERTY OWNERS.

WHEREAS, thirteen easements for construction, using and maintaining a sanitary sewer were obtained in 1960, 1963, 1964 and 1965 from various property owners; and
WHEREAS, said utility easements were recorded on various dates in those same years by the Franklin County Recorder's Office; and
WHEREAS, said utility easements were never accepted by the City of Gahanna;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the Deeds of Easement from Grace E. & Byron E. Schofield, Brookside Sales, Inc., William C. & Patricia L. Bucy, Norma Gray, Jerry S. & Sandra J. Schenz, Harry Clayton & Charlene M. Tweedy, James T. & Sharon Klamfoth, Charles A. Jr. & Carol A. Wagner, Anthony E. & Irene Paris, and Kenneth & Jane Ann Davis, for utility purposes in Royal Manor, said land more particularly described in EXHIBIT A through M attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
