WHEREAS, David Mazeau, the new Communications Director has relocated from out of state; and
WHEREAS, after consideration by Council, it has been determined that extra funding is available in the Communications Director's Salary Account, that can be transferred out to pay for his housing for one month;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the amount of FIFTEEN HUNDRED DOLLARS ($1,500) is hereby transferred from Account No. 101.221.5102, Communications Director, Salary, to Account No. 101.221.5270, Communications Director, Moving Expense.
Section 2. That ORD-0001-2001, passed January 2, 2001, is hereby amended to reflect this Transfer of funds.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon passage by this Council and on date of signature by the Mayor.
