TO HONOR AND COMMEND KENNETH BALDWIN ON ACHIEVEMENT OF THE RANK OF EAGLE SCOUT

WHEREAS, KENNETH BALDWIN is a member of Troop 766 in the Tri-Creek District, of the Boy Scouts of America; and
WHEREAS, as his service project KENNETH BALDWIN provided labor to repair and construct part of a community garden in central Columbus; and
WHEREAS, KENNETH BALDWIN serves as an exemplary standard for the youth of our community:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council and Administration, on behalf of the citizens of Gahanna, honor and commend KENNETH BALDWIN for his attainment of the rank of Eagle Scout.
Section 2. That KENNETH BALDWIN is given heartfelt thanks for being a good citizen and is wished success in his future endeavors.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
