TO HONOR AND COMMEND GAHANNA EVENTS, INC. AND THE BLUE RIBBON COMMITTEE FOR WORK ON THE 2001 GAHANNA HOLIDAY LIGHTS PARADE

WHEREAS, Gahanna Events, Inc., and The Blue Ribbon Committee has coordinated the planning and implementation of the 2001 Gahanna Holiday Lights Parade held on November 24, 2001; and
WHEREAS, it is the dedication, hard work and perseverance of Gahanna Events, Inc., the Blue Ribbon Committee and all their members, that made the parade the success it was;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council and Administration, on behalf of the citizens of Gahanna, do hereby honor and commend Laurie Adams, June Axline, Jim Bradshaw, Bobbie Burba, Jim DeConnick, Patty Feuer, Marilyn Fine, Mary F. Flint, Dale Foor, Mel Navis, Carla Wilke Jones, Lou Killilea, Kathy Killilea, Doug Kohler, Rosemary Kohler, Joyce Madison, Beverly Metcalf, Jean Nemeti, Robert Owens, Susie Rozanczyk, Jack Selvey, Connie Spencer, Alan Sprenger, Roger Wagner, Becky Young, and Frank Zura for exemplary service to the community with their involvement in the Gahanna Holiday Lights Parade.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
