WHEREAS, we are being billed our share of the deficit accumulated over the last three years and is based on year 2000 funding; and
WHEREAS, the Central Ohio Health Care Consortium is billing every member community based on a formula stipulated in our contract;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the amount of ONE HUNDRED TWENTY TWO THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED SIXTY ONE DOLLARS ($122,661) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated Balance of the General fund to the following Accounts:

Section 2. That the amount of TEN THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED THIRTY ONE DOLLARS ($10,331) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated Balance of the Street Fund to Account No. 220.330.5133, Streets, Health Insurance.
Section 3. That the amount of SIX THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FIFTY SEVEN DOLLARS ($6,257) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated Balance of the Water Fund to Account No. 651.350.5133, Water, Health Insurance.
Section 4. That the amount of SIX THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FIFTY SEVEN DOLLARS ($6,257) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated Balance of the Sewer Fund to Account No. 661.360.5133, Sewer, Health Insurance.
Section 5. That ORD-0001-2000, passed January 3, 2000, is hereby amended to reflect the herein supplemental appropriations.
Section 6. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect immediately upon passage by this Council and approval by the Mayor.
