WHEREAS, ORD-0017-2005, passed April 18, 2005, established salaries and benefits for the unclassified personnel of the City of Gahanna; and
WHEREAS, due to the creation of the position of Chief Building Official for the Building Division, it is deemed necessary to amend said ordinance to provide the salary for this newly created position;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That Article II, Pay Ranges, of ORD-0017-2005, passed April 18, 2005, is hereby amended as shown in EXHIBIT A, attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That funding in the amount of TWENTY SEVEN THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED TWENTY THREE DOLLARS ($27,323) is hereby transferred from the following accounts to the following accounts:

Section 4. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
