SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION - Hunters Ridge Pool

WHEREAS, City Council and the administration, after careful study and review have determined that they will operate the Hunter's Ridge Pool this year; and
WHEREAS, in order to track expenses it is necessary and appropriate to set up separate accounts for the pool operation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That ONE HUNDRED THIRTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($130,000) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unappropriated, unencumbered balance in the General Fund to the following accounts:

Section 2. That ORD-0001-2003, passed January 2, 2003 is hereby amended to reflect this supplemental appropriation.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
