CALL TO ORDER: Roll Call
Gahanna City Council met in Special Session on Monday, November 10,
2025, in Council Chambers. President of Council Merisa K. Bowers called the
meeting to order at 6:03 p.m. The agenda was published on November 7,
2025.

Jamille Jones, Nancy R. McGregor, and Merisa K. Bowers

EXECUTIVE SESSION:
A motion was made by Weaver, seconded by Jones, to go into Executive
Session under authority of Section 5.40(a) of the Council Rules of Procedure
to consider the appointment of public employees or officials.
The motion carried by the following vote:
7 - Padova, Renner, Schnetzer, Weaver, Jones, McGregor and Bowers
Yes:
President Bowers announced that Council would meet in Executive Session
in the Law Library for consideration of three Charter Review Commission
applicants, with no action to follow. Edward Hill, Jamie Belisle, and Jason
Stevens were invited to attend the Executive Session at designated times.
Council rose to report to Executive Session at 6:04 p.m.
Council rose to report from Executive Session at 7:17 p.m. with no further
action.
