CALL TO ORDER: Roll Call
Gahanna City Council met in Special Session on Monday, November 3,
2025, in Council Chambers. President of Council Merisa K. Bowers called the
meeting to order at 6:04 p.m. The agenda was published on October 31,
2025.

Kaylee Padova, Stephen A. Renner, Michael Schnetzer, Trenton I. Weaver,
Jamille Jones, Nancy R. McGregor, and Merisa K. Bowers

EXECUTIVE SESSION:
A motion was made by Renner, seconded by Schnetzer, to go into Executive
Session under authority of Section 5.40(a) of the Council Rules of Procedure
to consider the appointment of public employees or officials.
The motion carried by the following vote:
7 - Padova, Renner, Schnetzer, Weaver, Jones, McGregor and Bowers
Yes:
President Bowers announced that Council would meet in Executive Session
in the Law Library for consideration of Charter Review Commission
applicants. Ethan Barnhardt and Maura O'Donnell joined Council in Executive
Session at designated times.
Council rose to report to Executive Session at 6:05 p.m.
President Bowers announced a recess from Executive Session at 7:01 p.m.,
in order to begin the regular City Council and Finance Committee meetings.
President Bowers announced the Council's return from recess and re-entry
into Executive Session at 8:49 p.m.
