CALL TO ORDER: Roll Call

Gahanna City Council met in Special Session on Monday, May 4, 2026, in

Council Chambers. President of Council Trenton I. Weaver called the

meeting to order at 6:03 p.m. The agenda was published on May 1, 2026.

Jamille Jones, Nancy R. McGregor, Merisa K. Bowers, Stephen A. Renner,

Michael Schnetzer, Kaylee Padova, and Trenton I. Weaver

EXECUTIVE SESSION:

A motion was made by Bowers, seconded by Padova, to enter Executive

Session under authority of Section 5.05(A) of the Council Rules of Procedure

to consider the appointment of a public employee or official.

The motion carried by the following vote:

7 - Jones, McGregor, Bowers, Renner, Schnetzer, Padova and Weaver

Yes:

President Weaver announced that Council would meet in Executive Session

in the Law Library and invited Nicolas Tomassilli to join at a designated time.

Council rose to report to Executive Session at 6:04 p.m.

Council rose to report from Executive Session at 6:50 p.m. with no further

action.

ADJOURNMENT:

With no further business before the Council, President Weaver adjourned the

meeting at 6:51 p.m.
