CALL TO ORDER: Roll Call
Gahanna City Council met in Special Session on Monday, February 10,
2025, in Council Chambers. President of Council Merisa K. Bowers called the
meeting to order at 6:32 p.m. The agenda was published on February 7, 2025.

EXECUTIVE SESSION:
A motion was made by Renner, seconded by Weaver, to go into Executive
Session under authority of Section 5.40(b) of the Council Rules of Procedure
to consider the purchase of property for public purposes, the sale of property
at competitive bidding, or the sale or other disposition of unneeded, obsolete,
or unfit- for-use property in accordance with section 505.10 of the Revised
Code, if premature disclosure of information would give an unfair competitive
or bargaining advantage to a person whose personal, private interest is
adverse to the general public interest.
The motion carried by the following vote:
7 - Padova, Renner, Schnetzer, Weaver, Jones, McGregor and Bowers
Yes:
President Bowers announced that Council would meet in Executive Session
in the Committee Room, inviting Mayor Jadwin, Assistant City Attorney Matt
Roth, and Senior Director of Operations Kevin Schultz to attend.
Council rose to report to Executive Session at 6:33 p.m.
Council rose to report from Executive Session at 7:01 p.m. with no further
action.
