Wetherholt said the project is complete except for extended maintenance on the |
|
landscaping; were many unexpected items and demands by adjoining property owners |
|
which increased the cost of the project; requesting a supplemental of $3,008 to cover |
|
cost overruns; to go into streets to cover the cost since this is a 2002 project. |

Orchard Drive Sanitary, Imp #757 & Ogden Alley Sewer Lining

Wetherholt said that the bid opening was Friday and no bids were received. He will |
|
reconfigure the project and rebid it; believe that combining the lining and excavation |
|
made bidders reluctant. |
Granville Street Dedication Plat.
|
Wetherholt said that when the right of way for Granville Street was purchased, it was |
|
deeded to the City in general warranty deed format; dedication plat converts it to public |
|
right of way; legislation is required to authorize the plat. |
