AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION - Damage to City Property

WHEREAS, the Department of Public Service and Engineering has received funds from the damage of City property in the amount of $13,316; and
WHEREAS, a supplemental appropriation is requested.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That funding in the amount of nine hundred eighty-two dollars and zero cents ($982.00) from the unappropriated General Fund (1010) be and is hereby appropriated to account number 101.11.400.5300 (Materials and Supplies).
Section 2. That funding in the amount of eleven thousand two hundred forty-eight dollars and zero cents ($11,248.00) from the unappropriated General Fund (1010) be and is hereby appropriated to account number 101.11.420.5306 (Fleet Services).
Section 3. That funding in the amount of one hundred eighty-six dollars and zero cents ($186.00) from the unappropriated Streets Fund (2200), be and is hereby appropriated to account number 220.11.000.5300 (Materials and Supplies).
Section 4. That funding in the amount of nine hundred dollars and zero cents ($900.00) from the unappropriated Water Fund (6510), be and is hereby appropriated to account number 651.11.000.5300 (Materials and Supplies).
Section 5. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
