SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION - Heil Drive Bridge Grant

WHEREAS, the City has been awarded Federal Highway grant dollars from the Ohio Department of Transportation; and
WHEREAS, the estimated cost of the project including 10% contingency is $699,402.00; and
WHEREAS, the City is responsible for $95,373.00 or the estimated amount less the maximum federal award of $604,029.00,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That funding in the amount of six hundred ninety nine thousand, four hundred two dollars and zero cents ($699,402.00) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unappropriated/unencumbered balance of the Federal Highway Grant Fund, 3300 to 330.11.000.5505 - Federal Highway Grand Fund Capital Projects.
Section 2. The second reading is hereby waived.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect immediately upon passage by this Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
