SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION - Damage to City Property

WHEREAS, the Department of Public Service and Engineering has received funds from the damage of City property; and
WHEREAS, a supplemental appropriation is requested ,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That funding in the amount of seven thousand six hundred fifty eight dollars and zero cents ($7,658.00) from the unappropriated General Fund (1010), be and is hereby appropriated as follows:
a. $2,422.00 to 1011.1400.5220 - Maintenance Services
b. $5,236.00 to 1011.1420.5306 - Fleet Services
Section 2. That funding in the amount of one hundred fifty three dollars and zero cents ($153.00) from the unappropriated Streets Fund (2200), be and is hereby appropriated to account number 2201.1000.5300 - Materials and Supplies.
Section 3. That funding in the amount of one thousand eight hundred nineteen dollars and zero cents ($1,819.00) from the unappropriated Water Fund (6510), be and is hereby appropriated to account number 6511.1000.5300 - Materials and Supplies.
Section 4. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
