AMEND THE RULES OF PROCEDURE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA.

Body

WHEREAS, Council desires to remove Sections 11.14 and 14.10 and follow Robert’s Rules of Order.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1.  That Sections 11.14 and 14.10 of the Rules of Procedure of the Council of the City of Gahanna, be amended, said EXHIBIT A is attached hereto.

Section 2.  That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon passage by this Council and 30 days after signature of approval by the Mayor.
